Start of activities
Posted on April 1, 2019C2CC – Cradle-To-Cradle Composites project’s activities started on 1st of April 2019. The project will bring this solution on the verge of being mass produced and will assess all environmental benefits of the new solution, particularly lower embodied energy and lower C- emissions. C2CC project will demonstrate the technical feasibility of this concept on real automotive components. An automotive supplier, together with CRF will respectively engineer and produce these components. Qualification will be performed to demonstrate compliance with automotive industry expectations.
The European project will last 36 months and is funded with € 1.137.240 € by KIC Raw Materials (Upscaling-KAVA 5).
